Cancellation Policy

We understand that circumstances can change, and we kindly ask that you provide as much notice as possible if you are unable to attend a scheduled appointment.

Cancellation Notice

• Appointments cancelled or rescheduled with more than 24 hours’ notice will not incur any fee.

• Appointments cancelled or rescheduled within 24 hours of the scheduled time will be charged a cancellation fee equal to the full session fee ($200).

Extenuating Circumstances

We recognise that unexpected situations can arise. In extenuating circumstances, the cancellation fee may be waived at our discretion. Please reach out as soon as possible to discuss your situation.

No-Shows

Failure to attend an appointment without notice may be treated as a late cancellation and charged the full session fee.
